Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to us for the purpose of providing our services will be shared with this party. WooCommerce has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. WooCommerce is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have entered into with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. WooCommerce uses cookies to collect technical information related to your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. WooCommerce reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve its services.

AndersStrato has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. AndersStrato is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent data loss.
We purchase web hosting and e-mail services from Strato. Strato processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Strato has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Strato is obliged to maintain confidentiality on the basis of the agreement.
We use the services of StratoStrato for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. StratoStrato does not have access to our inbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
We use the Stripe platform to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Stripe processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Stripe has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Stripe reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. In the event of a deferred payment request (credit facility), Stripe shares personal data and information related to your financial position with credit rating agencies. All of the above-mentioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Stripe’s services for which they engage third parties. Stripe will not store your data for longer than permitted by law.
Reviews
When you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of Introaming by e-mail to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary for us to use your e-mail address. Introaming delivery by e-mail only uses this data for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that Introaming enables delivery by e-mail to subcontractors, your data will also be made available to these parties.
We use the services of KNAB Boekhouden to keep our administration and bookkeeping. We share your name, address and residence details and details relating to your order. This data is used to administer sales invoices. Your personal data is transmitted and stored securely. KNAB Boekhouden is obliged to maintain confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. KNAB Boekhouden does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
External sales channels
We only use your data for the purpose of providing our services. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time, other than at your request, we will ask for your explicit permission to do so. Your data will not be shared with third parties, other than to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality by virtue of the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (e.g. your IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
In some cases, Introaming may be required by law to share your data in connection with a tax or criminal investigation by the government. In such a case, we are obliged to share your data, but we will oppose this within the possibilities offered by the law.
We store your data for as long as you are a client of ours. This means that we will keep your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also take this as a request to be forgotten. This also means that we will not keep your data for longer than two years from the last moment of contact or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Pursuant to applicable administrative obligations, we will issue invoices with your
(personal) data, so we will keep this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees will no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
